fruit salad

-1 slice honeydew
-1 slice pineaapple
-1 slice papaya
-25g sugar
-1 pandan leaf
-50 ml water

-chopping board
-wooden spoon
-measuring cup

preparation time-15 minutes

1.boil pandan leaf,sugar and water in a saucepan to make syrup
2.all it to cool . remove leaf
3.dice the fruits and mix together in a bowl
4.pour syrup over the fruits
5.chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving

health tip
-use naturally sweet fruit juice instead of sugar syrup

serving size-2 persons
